First Cabin Fever Party a Hit!

UCP Delrey School held its first ever Cabin Fever Party on Saturday, February 27 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Sister’s Academy in Lansdowne, Md. Approximately 120 people came out for the event helping to raise more than $4,000 to benefit the students of UCP Delrey School.

Emceed by Erin Branham from WRBS 95.1 Shine FM and Dave Johnson, former pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles, the party featured a chili competition with all-you-can-eat chili and corn muffins as well as an “Are You Smarter Than A 5^th Grader” challenge, a cornhole competition, live music, a money wheel, a 50/50 raffle, door prizes, and a Kids Garden with games and activities for children.  Congratulations to Fran Ring, winner of the chili competition, Mary Shaw, winner of the “Are You Smarter Than A 5^th Grader” challenge, and Taryn Yanker and Jerry Bradley, winners of the cornhole competition.
